摘要 针对某型齿轮箱单啮合试验件联轴器扭断问题,通过分解检查明确故障现象。以联轴器扭断故障为顶事件,绘制详细故障树,并针对底事件逐条排查,定位故障原因。通过理论计算和仿真分析等手段,对故障机理进行分析,最终确定了故障模式。在故障分析的基础上,针对齿轮箱单啮合试验件和试验方案提出了有效的改进措施。 For the problem of coupling break on external meshing testing fan drive gear system though overhauling the gearbox to make sure the failure phenomenon.Taken the failure of coupling break as top event,the detailed fault tree was established in the paper.Through checking the bottom event one by one to locate the fault causes.Though theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,analyze the mechanism of the fault and determine default pattern.On the basis of fault analysis,some effective measures are put forward to the test piece and test scheme of external meshing fan drive gear system.
