基于工作过程系统化的课程开发研究——以《质量管理与可靠性》为例

Study on Course Devolopment Based on Working Process Systematization——A Case Study on 'Quality Management and Reliability' Course

传统的"填鸭式"教学往往难以调动学生的积极主动性,不利于培养出适应就业市场需求的应用型本科人才。为了改进传统教学方式,推行"基于工作过程‘教学做’一体化的改革"迫在眉睫。以《质量管理与可靠性》课程为例,对其进行了基于"工作过程系统化"方法的课程开发并实施。实践表明,该方法对于改善学生成绩、提升教学效果、增强用人单位满意度有着重要意义。

The traditional‘spoon-feeding’teaching is often difficult to mobilize students’initiative,and it is also not conducive to the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents adapted to the employment market.In order to improve the traditional teaching methods,it is urgent to carry out the reform of integration of‘teaching and doing’based on working process.Taking the quality management and reliability course as a case study,the specialized course is developed and implemented by using the method of‘working process systematization’.The practice shows that this method can be significant to improve students’exam results and teaching effects,as well as employer’s satisfactions.
