乌司他丁联合CRRT对重症有机磷中毒患者循环血微小RNA及肠黏膜屏障的影响

Influence of Ulinastatin Combined with CRRT for the Circulating Blood Micro RNA and Intestinal Mucosal Barrier of Patients with Severe Organophosphate Poisoning

目的:探究乌司他丁联合CRRT对重症有机磷中毒患者循环血微小RNA及肠黏膜屏障的影响。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年11月本院收治的58例重症有机磷中毒患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组(CRRT治疗)29例和观察组(乌司他丁联合CRRT治疗)29例。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后循环血微小RNA及肠黏膜屏障指标。结果:观察组临床疗效好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组循环血微小RNA及肠黏膜屏障指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组上述指标均明显改善,且观察组均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁联合CRRT在重症有机磷中毒患者中的应用效果较好,且对循环血微小RNA及肠黏膜屏障的影响更为积极,故在重症有机磷中毒患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the influence of Ulinastatin combined with CRRT for the circulating blood micro RNA and intestinal mucosal barrier of patients with severe organophosphate poisoning.Method:A total of 58 patients with severe organophosphate poisoning from July 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group(CRRT)29 cases and the observation group(Ulinastatin combined with CRRT)29 cases.Then the clinical effect,irculating blood micro RNA and intestinal mucosal barrier indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effect of the observation group was better than those of the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The circulating blood micro RNA and intestinal mucosal barrier indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P >0.05).Those indexes of two groups after the treatment were obviously improved,and the results of the observation group were better than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Ulinastatin combined with CRRT in the patients with severe organophosphate poisoning is better,and its influence for the circulating blood micro RNA and intestinal mucosal barrier are more active,so its application value in the patients with severe organophosphate poisoning is higher.
