头皮生态与头发健康的相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the Correlation between Scalp Ecology and Hair Health

随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,头皮与头发的健康状况越来越受到重视。同其他部位皮肤一样,头皮上也覆盖着一层油膜,这层油膜的关键组成部分为皮脂,皮脂与皮肤水分、酸碱度等指标密切相关。世界卫生组织提出的健康十大标准就包括了头发有光泽,没有头皮屑。头皮作为头发赖以生存的土壤,其生态环境的平衡是头发健康生长的根本。一旦这个生态环境出现失衡,将会产生头屑、脱发、脂溢性皮炎等头皮问题。本文综述了近年来国内外关于头皮与头发的疾病、头皮抑菌实验及头皮头发护理等的最新研究,阐明了头皮生态与头发健康的密切关联。

With the development of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,the health of the scalp and hair has received increasing attention.Like other parts of the skin,the scalp is also covered with a layer of oil film,the key component of this film is sebum,sebum are closely related with skin moisture,pH and other indicators.The top ten health standards proposed by the World Health Organization include shiny hair and no dandruff.The scalp is the soil of hair,and the balance of its ecological environment is fundamental to the healthy growth of hair.Once this ecological environment is out of balance,it will result in dandruff,alopecia,seborrheic dermatitis and other scalp problems.This article reviews the latest research on scalp and hair disorders,scalp bacteriostasis experiments,and scalp hair care at home and abroad in recent years,and clarifies the close relationship between scalp ecology and hair health.
