2019年,上海科创中心建设必须坚持把上海的发展放在中央对上海发展的战略定位上、放在经济全球化的大背景下、放在全国发展的大格局中、放在国家对长三角发展的总体部署中来思考和谋划,提升创新策源能力、凸显创新集聚功能、促进创新成果产出、增强创新区域集群,为创新型国家建设作出更大贡献。

In 2019,in the construction of Shanghai science and technology innovation center,we must persist in putting Shanghai’s development in the strategic orientation of the central government’s development of Shanghai,under the background of economic globalization,in the general pattern of national development and in the overall deployment of the Yangtze River Delta by the state to think and plan,enhance the ability of innovation,highlight the function of innovation and agglomeration,promote the output of innovation products,strengthen the cluster of regional innovation,and make greater contributions to the construction of innovative countries.
