医务社工参与康复护理在精神病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of medical social workers participating in rehabilitation nursing of psychoic patients

目的:通过设计对照试验的方式,研究医务社工参与康复护理在精神病患者中的应用效果。方法:以我院精神科在2015年6月-2017年7月收治的260名处于康复期的精神病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其平均分为两组,每组130名患者,两组分别定义为对照组和研究组。其中对照组采取传统的康复护理方式,研究组在传统的康复护理模式的基础上,增设医务社工的辅助护理。然后,将两组护理效果进行对比。结果:护理前,两组患者PANSS、NOSIE各项因子得分之间不具有统计学差异(P> 0.05)。护理后,两组之间阳性症状因子得分之间差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。研究组患者阴性症状因子得分、精神病理得分与PANSS总分低于对照组,差异显著,且具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者的个人整洁、社会能力、社会兴趣以及生活质量得分具有显著差异,研究组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组患者的迟缓与激惹得分均低于对照组,具有显著的统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者的抑郁得分之间差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:将医务社工参与到精神病患者的康复护理中,能够有效缓解患者的精神症状,提高患者生活质量,恢复患者社会功能,具有很高的应用价值,因此应得到大力的推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of medical social workers participating in rehabilitation nursing of psychoic patients by designing a controlled experiment.Methods:260 psychotic patients who were treated in the rehabilitation period from June 2015 to July 2017 were divided into two groups,with 130 patients in each group.The two groups were defined as the control group and the study group respectively.In the control group,the traditional rehabilitation nursing method was adopted.The research group was added additional care of medical social workers on the basis of the traditional rehabilitation nursing mode.Then,the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in the scores of PANSS and NOSIE between the two groups(P >0.05).After nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of positive symptom factors between the two groups(P >0.05).The negative symptom factor score,psychopathology score and PANSS total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in personal cleanliness,social ability,social interest and quality of life in the two groups,and the study group were all higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of retardation and irritation in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in depression scores between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:The medical social workers'rehabilitation nursing of psychotic patients could effectively relieve the mental symptoms of the patients,improve the quality of life of the patients and restore the social function of the patients.Therefore,it was of great application value and should be popularized and applied.
