中药熏洗辅助治疗老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans in the elderly

目的:探讨老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(LASO)患者运用中药熏洗辅助治疗的实际临床价值。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年2月本院收治的80例老年LASO患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用单纯抗血小板药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药熏洗辅助治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分的变化,进行疗效评定。结果:治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组患者中医证候积分明显低于组内治疗前和对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:老年LASO患者运用中药熏洗辅助治疗后,在提高治疗效果的同时,且明显改善了患者相关临床症状,其临床价值十分显著。

Objective:To investigate the actual clinical value of the use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation aids in the treatment of senile patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LASO).Methods:Eighty elderly patients with LASO treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antiplatelet drugs alone,and the observation group was supplemented with the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation assistant treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The change of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in both groups of patients was observed and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment and that of the control group.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and auxiliary treatment could improve the treatment effect and significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients in treating elderly patients with LASO,of which the clinical value was very significant.
