Experience in treating hand-foot-mouth disease with traditional Chinese medicine staged treatment

目的:用中医理论和方法对手足口病普通病例进行辨证论治,观察临床疗效。方法:将2010年10月-2018年3月接诊的58例手足口病普通病例,通过四诊和辨证分析,采用中医中药治疗。结果:痊愈40例,好转15例,无效3例,总有效率94.8%。结论:中医中药治疗手足口病普通病例有较好的疗效。

Objective:To treat the common cases of hand-foot-mouth disease with traditional Chinese medicine theory and method,and to observe the effect.Methods:58 cases of common hand-foot-mouth disease from October 2010 to March 2018 were diagnosed with four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine and dialectical analyzed,and treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:40 cases recovered,15 cases improved and 3 cases was ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.8%.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine had significant efficacy in treating common hand-foot-mouth disease cases.
