臭氧水关节腔冲洗联合穴位注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of intra-articular injection of ozonated water combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察臭氧水关节腔冲洗联合穴位注射对膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛及功能活动度的影响。方法:采用20μg/mL的臭氧水对60例膝骨性关节炎患者行关节腔冲洗及穴位注射治疗,注射穴位取患侧血海、梁丘、阴陵泉、阳陵泉、三阴交。7 d治疗1次,4次为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。于疗前、4周对疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、西安大略麦马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster University,WOMAC)进行评价,于12周对VAS进行评价。结果:4周、12周的VAS评分与疗前相比均明显降低,差别有统计学意义(P <0.05);4周后的WOMAC评分与疗前相比明显降低,差别有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:臭氧水关节腔冲洗联合穴位注射治疗膝骨性关节炎能显著改善患者疼痛及关节功能活动度。

Objective:To observe the effects of ozone-water joint cavity irrigation combined with acupoint injection on pain and functional activity in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:In this observation,60 patients with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis(KOA)who received intra-articular 20μg/ml of ozone-water combined with acupoint injection for 4 weeks,once for 7days.The efficacy was evaluated based on outcomes for KOA of the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC).Results:The VAS was significantly decreased 4 weeks treatment and 12weeks after treatment.The WOMAC was significantly decreased 4 weeks treatment after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozone-water joint cavity irrigation combined with acupoint injection could relieve pain and improve its function.
