老年冠心病患者应用艾条灸联合耳穴压豆治疗虚证失眠的护理分析

Nursing analysis of moxa stick moxibustion combined with auricular point pressure bean treatment on insomnia with deficiency syndrome of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:对老年冠心病患者应用艾条灸联合耳穴压豆治疗虚证失眠的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:将本院2017年9月-12月收治的60例有虚证失眠现象的老年冠心病患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。研究组患者应用艾条灸联合耳穴压豆的护理方式,对照组只给予传统护理干预,观察记录两组患者2周后的治疗总有效率;护理过程结束后对患者进行问卷调差,记录分析患者护理满意度。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:艾条灸联合耳穴压豆的护理方式简单易行,无副作用,并且能够很好地治疗患者的睡眠障碍,提高患者的睡眠质量,并且还能明显提高患者的护理满意程度,值得在临床进行进一步研究和推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of moxa stick moxibustion combined with auricular point pressure bean treatment on insomnia with deficiency syndrome of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Sixty cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease with deficiency syndrome and insomnia treated in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with moxa stick moxibustion combined with auricular point pressure beans,while patients in the control group were only given traditional nursing intervention.After the end of the nursing process,patients were asked to conduct questionnaire survey and their nursing satisfaction were recorded and analyzed.Results:The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing method of moxibustion combined with auricular point pressure bean was simple and easy to operate,it had no side effects,and could treat patients’sleep disorders,improve their sleep quality,and significantly improve patients’nursing satisfaction,which was worthy of further research and promotion in clinic.
