八珍汤加味调节大肠癌术后癌因性疲乏免疫功能

Modified Bazhen Decoction in regulating the immune function of cancer induced fatigue after operation of colorectal cancer

目的:探讨八珍汤加味调节大肠癌术后癌因性疲乏免疫功能的影响。方法:将2016年4月-2017年4月进入我院治疗的90例大肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法将90例患者分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均为45例,对两组患者均进行止痛、止吐、免疫调节、睡眠改善、营养支持、心理护理等方式进行辅助治疗,在此基础上对照组患者给予补中益气合剂口服治疗10 mL/次,3次/d,观察组患者给予八珍汤加味内服,2次/d,1剂/d,两组患者疗程均为3个月;治疗后对比两组患者进行Piper疲乏修订量表、气血两虚证辨证评分。结果:观察组在PFS-R评分上与气血两虚证上与对照组比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异明显(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:大肠癌术后CRF患者在用八珍汤加味治疗后,能够显著降低FPS-R评分和气血两虚评分,可以对患者临床症状进行有效改善,还能提升患者的生活质量,对患者的机体免疫功能进行提升,免疫炎症因子有效调节。

Objective:To explore the effect of modified Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤加味)in regulating the immune function of cancer induced fatigue after operation of colorectal cancer.Methods:90 cases of colorectal cancer patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 45 cases in each group,both groups of patients received treatment of relieving pain,anti-nausea,immune regulation,improving sleep in the form of nutritional support,psychological nursing and adjuvant therapy,on this basis,the control group patients received oral administration of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,10 ml/time,3 times/d,the observation group patients received modified Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤加味)orally,2 times/d,1 dose/d,two groups of patients received treatment for three months;After treatment,patients in the two groups were compared for Piper fatigue modified scale and qi and blood deficiency syndrome differentiation.Results:In terms of PFS-R score and qi-blood deficiency syndrome,the observation group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:After Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤加味)treatment of CRF patients with colorectal cancer,the PFS-R score and the score of qi and blood deficiency could be significantly reduced,which could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,enhance the body immune function of patients,and effectively regulate immune inflammatory factors.
