辨证取穴针刺治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of dialectical acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的:探讨辨证取穴针刺法治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年6月南通瑞慈医院收治的80例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,两组功能性消化不良患者人口特征资料比较差异无统计学意义,对照组40例患者单纯接受常规西药治疗,在常规对症支持治疗基础上应用多潘立酮治疗,观察组40例则在对照组治疗方案基础上进行辨证取穴针刺法,比较两组功能性消化不良治疗效果及生活质量水平。结果:治疗前两组功能性消化不良患者利兹消化不良症状评分(LDQ)、尼平消化不良指数症状评分(NDI)比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗1个月后观察组功能性消化不良患者LDQ、NDI评分均明显优于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:在常规药物治疗方案基础上联合辨证取穴针刺法能够有效提升功能性消化不良患者的治疗效果,改善患者消化不良症状,提升患者治疗后的生活质量,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of dialectical acupuncture in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:80 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to and treated in Ruici Hospital of Nnantong from June,2016 to June,2017 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and control group by using the random number table method,there was no significant difference in groups of patients with functional dyspepsia in the data of population characteristics,40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,on the basis of conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment,modinoline was applied while 40 cases in the observation group received dialectical acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation,functional dyspepsia treatment effect and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was significant difference in two groups of patients with functional dyspepsia in Leeds indigestion symptom scores(LDQ),flat indigestion index symptom scores(NDI)(P >0.05),one month after the treatment,the LDQ,NDI scores of the observation group of patients with functional dyspepsia were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug,treatment combined with dialectical acupuncture could effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with functional dyspepsia.
