雷火灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理方式探析

Study on nursing methods of treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with thunder fire moxibustion

目的:研究分析雷火灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月就诊的86例腰椎间盘突出症患者,应用雷火灸进行治疗,并进行对应的临床护理,在治疗前后应用视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、疼痛轻度评分(PPI)、Oswes功能障碍指数评分进行评价。结果:在治疗和护理干预后患者视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、疼痛轻度评分(PPI)、Oswes功能障碍指数评分明显低于治疗前,组间比较差异显著(P <0.05)。结论:雷火灸用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者进行对应的心理护理和生活护理,可减轻患者疼痛程度改善功能障碍情况,具有明显的临床效果,可在临床中广泛应用。

Objective:To study the clinical nursing effect of thunder fire moxibustion in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:Eighty-six patients with lumbar disc herniation treated from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected for treatment with thunder fire moxibustion and corresponding clinical nursing.Visual analogue pain score(VAS),pain mild score(PPI)and Oswes dysfunction index score were used for evaluation before and after treatment.Results:Visual analogue pain score(VAS),mild pain score(PPI)and Oswes dysfunction index score were significantly lower than those before treatment,after treatment and nursing intervention,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion was used to treat patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with the corresponding psychological care and life care,it could alleviate the pain degree of patients and improve the functional disorder,and had obvious clinical effects,which could be widely used in clinical practice.
