浅谈中药不良反应与预防措施

目的:探讨临床中药应用中不良反应原因及对策。方法:对以往发生的中药不良反应的原因进行分析,对毒性中药的合理使用对策进行讨论。结果:中药的不良反应既有中药本身的原因,也有对中药认识及制用不当的问题。结论:建立、健全中药不良反应监测机制和研究技术平台,制定合理的中药使用规范,普及有关中药的不良反应知识,以确保临床安全有效。

Objective:To explore the reasons of adverse reactions of Chinese medicine and preventive measures.Methods:The causes of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed and the rational use countermeasures of toxic Chinese medicine were discussed.Results:The adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine had its own reasons,it also had the problem of improper understanding and application of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:It was necessary to establish and improve the monitoring mechanism and research technology platform for adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine,formulate reasonable standards for the use of traditional Chinese medicine,and popularize the knowledge of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to ensure clinical safety and effectiveness.
