摘要
为了满足并联电抗器产品级本体降噪技术的研究需求,采用等效关联原则,设计了1台并联电抗器等效模型。该模型与并联电抗器产品的结构形式、磁场水平(分布与场量)、材质需求具有较高的一致性。通过在电抗器模型内部和油箱外侧内置和外接各类型传感器,采集应变、振动、噪声、磁场、温度等数据,深入研究其振动噪声传递、耦合规律。研究结果表明,等效模型在各方面性能等效于电抗器产品,能满足本体降噪技术的研究需求,对产品结构设计和工艺优化有促进作用,为产品级本体降噪的新材料开发、新结构应用研究的提供基础参数和测试实验平台。
In order to meet the research requirement of product-level noumenon noise reduction technology for shunt reactors, an equivalent model of shunt reactors is designed based on the principle of equivalent correlation. The model has high consistency with the structure form, magnetic field level (distribution and quantity) and material requirement of shunt reactor. The data of strain, vibration, noise, magnetic field and temperature are collected by various types of sensors which are inside the reactor model and outside the tank. The transmission and coupling laws of vibration noise is deeply studied. The results show that the equivalent model is equivalent to the reactor product in all aspects, and can meet the research needs of the noumenon noise reduction technology. It can promote the product structure design and process optimization, and provide the basic parameters and test platform for the development of new material and application research. While it can provide the new structure for noise reduction of product-level noumenon.
