摘要 根据35 k V经电阻接地系统的主接线方式、运行方式、继电保护配置以及对备自投的基本要求,对单母分段接线备自投动作逻辑中的充电条件、启动条件、放电条件逐一进行了分析。介绍了REF542plus微机保护装置的可编程逻辑语言FUPLA中逻辑模块的功能。通过对FUPLA中逻辑模块的设置、组合实现备自投的动作逻辑及备自投后加速电流保护逻辑,结合REF542plus的硬件配置提出一种实现备自投功能的方案。 According to main electrical connection mode, operation mode, relay protection configuration of 35 kV power system grounded through resistance and the basic requirements for backup power automatic switching, the charging conditions, starting conditions and discharging conditions for backup power automatic switching of sectionalized single busbar connection are analyzed respectively. The function of logic modules in programmable logic language FUPLA of REF542plus microcomputer protection device is introduced. The operation logic of backup power automatic switching and accelerated current protection logic after backup power automatic switching are realized through the setting and combination of logic modules in FUPLA. A scheme of realizing backup power automatic switching is proposed by combining with hardware configuration of REF542plus.
