深度调峰干湿态技术探讨及运行方案优化 被引量:3

摘要 直流锅炉在深度调峰中遵循传统规程,以湿态运行方式为主,但在实际运行中,因锅炉炉水循环泵频繁启停而出现泵故障受损、汽轮机水冲击、发电煤耗增加等诸多问题。通过多次试验研究,提出采用不转湿态、不启炉水循环泵的干态运行方式完成深度调峰。对未进行升参数和宽负荷脱硝改造的直流锅炉在深度调峰中湿态与干态运行方式进行了对比分析,阐述干态运行的操作原则和流程,规范操作要点,优化调峰方式,可有效提高机组的安全性和可靠性。 The direct current boilers follow the traditional regulations in deep regulating and mainly operate in wet state. But in actual operation, due to frequent start-up and shutdown of boiler water circulation pump,there are many problems such as pump failure damage, turbine water impact and coal consumption increase in power generation. Through several experimental studies, it is proposed that the dry state operation mode without turning to wet state and without opening boiler water circulation pump is adopted to complete the deep peak regulating. The wet state and dry state operation modes of the dc boilers without lifting parameters and denitration transformation under wide load in deep peak regulating are compared and analyzed. The operation principles and processes of the dry state operation are expounded. The operation key points are standardized and the peak regulating mode is optimized. The safety and reliability of the units can be effectively improved.
