摘要
应用大组织理论和复杂科学管理的理论方法,对互联网时代的特征、组织模式进行探析。研究结果表明,互联网时代的大数据、大连接、大合作特点对传统企业组织带来4个方面的转变,即以协同为核心的资源观打破了传统的封闭的资源观;大组织的组织-环境价值体系打破了传统的组织-个体价值体系;非线性思维方式打破了传统的线性思维方式;关系管理模式打破了传统的集中管理模式。提出互联网时代的企业组织创新,包括组织架构的创新——无边界的网络化组织架构;组织运行机制的创新——自我运行的运行机制;组织运作模式的创新——群聚运作模式。
By applying the theory of the Big Organization and the theories as well as methods of the Complexity Science Management(CSM),this paper studied the characteristics and organization mode of the Internet era.It points out that the Internet era has the characteristics of big data,big connection and big cooperation,and there are four changes to traditional organizations:the resource view centered on collaboration breaks the traditional closed view of resource,the organization-environment value system of the big organizations breaks the traditional organization-individual value system,the nonlinear thinking mode breaks the traditional linear thinking mode of the traditional organization,and the relationship management mode breaks the traditional centralized management mode.The organizational innovation in the internet era,including innovation of organizational structure-networked organizational structure without boundaries,innovation of organization operation mechanism-the self-running operation mechanism,and innovation of organization operation mode-the“clustering”operation mode was put forward.
