摘要 针对传统的电网调度与电能管理方式在遇到高比例新能源并网发电时所出现明显消纳困难、严重弃风弃光的问题,基于等量匹配原则提出了一种新型优化调度与高效消纳的方法。该方法建立在未来实时电价的基础上,将城乡居民用电与新能源发电构成一种协同发展和经济互补的最优潮流分配方案,保证了新能源消纳的高效性与潮流控制的优化性,不但提高了传统电网抵御各种扰动风险的可靠性,而且也确保了能源合理分配的经济性。通过相关内容的算例分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。 In the light of the problems in traditional power grid dispatching and electric power management for the high proportion of renewable energy generation,such as poor consumption and a significant curtailment of wind power and solar power,the paper proposes a new method of the optimal operation and high consumption based on the principle of equality corpus.The method is based on future spot price,it is can be used to establish the optimal power flow allocation scheme with the economic complementarity and coordinated development of urban and rural residential electricity consumption and the renewable energy generation,ensuring the high consumption of the renewable energy and the optimization of power flow control.The method not only can improve the reliability of traditional power grid preventing the risk of various kinds of disturbances,but also can ensure the economy of allocating properly the energy supply.Finally,the case study shows the effectiveness of the method.
