风-光-储系统在不同运营模式下的最优容量配置策略及考虑网损补贴的经济性分析 被引量:12

摘要 在不同运营模式下,风-光-储系统的最优容量配置策略存在差异,对电力系统经济性运行造成影响。以投资主体在供电收入及全寿命周期成本下的收益为优化目标,综合考虑网络安全性和可靠性约束,采用合作博弈和非合作博弈方法对风-光-储系统的不同运营模式进行建模,计算风电、光伏、储能投资商在不同运营模式下的最优容量配置策略。通过网损补贴的方法,用经济激励的手段实现"柔性控制"。针对浙江省某城市配电系统进行仿真计算,分析了不同运营模式下风电、光伏、储能的装机容量、供电收益、网损补贴对运营模式的影响,验证了配置策略与经济性分析的正确性。 There are differences among the optimal capacity allocation strategies for wind-PV-energy storage(ES)system with different operation modes,affecting the economic operation of power system.Taking the profits of investors considering the annual average income of the wind-solar-storage system and life cycle cost as the objective function with subject to network security and reliability,the paper uses cooperative game and non-cooperative game to establish the models for the different operation modes of the wind-PV-ES system,and proposes the optimal capacity allocation strategy for the investors in the wind-PV-ES system.At the same time,for exerting flexible control over the wind-PV-ES system for distribution companies,the paper uses network loss subsidy to implement economic incentives on the investors.Finally,a distribution network in Zhejiang province is simulated,and the influence of the capacity,profits,network loss subsidy of the wind-PV-ES system on the operation mode is analyzed,verifying the correctness of the proposed capacity allocation strategy and economic analysis.
