摘要 复合绝缘子在输电线路中起到重要的绝缘与承载作用,其运行状态直接影响电网的安全与稳定。针对一起典型的复合绝缘子异常发热现象,首先分析了其外部性能,并在实验室条件下对复合绝缘子进行交流耐压实验,模拟复合绝缘子现场运行状态。通过综合对比干燥、湿润条件下和反向加压条件下的红外、紫外实验结果,并通过解剖检查,证明了本案例中复合绝缘子异常发热主要由局部放电导致。 Composite insulators are important in the insulation and load-bearing of transmission lines,and their operation status directly affects the safety and stability of power grid.Based on a typical abnormal heating phenomenon of the composite insulator,the external performance of the composite insulator is analyzed firstly.The AC voltage withstanding test of the composite insulator is carried out under laboratory conditions to simulate the on-site operation of the composite insulator.By comparing the results of infrared and ultraviolet experiments under the dry,wet and reverse pressure conditions,and through anatomical examination,it is proved that the abnormal heating of the composite insulator in this case is mainly caused by partial discharge.
