重视不孕患者的甲状腺功能筛查

Pay attention to the thyroid functional screening for infertile women

甲状腺的内分泌状态对女性生殖活动有直接影响。不孕患者中有相当一部分是甲状腺内分泌功能紊乱或患甲状腺疾病,而且发病率高。甲状腺的异常内分泌或疾患可以改变女性生殖激素的水平和发生甲状腺自身免疫,从而干扰了女性生殖活动的正常调节,导致降低不孕治疗效果或产生不良辅助生殖临床结局。开展不孕患者的甲状腺功能筛查,对不孕患者的甲状腺内分泌功能进行评估或针对性治疗,可以改善不孕症的疗效。本文就不孕患者甲状腺疾病的流行病学、甲状腺内分泌功能紊乱与不孕的关系,以及不孕患者甲状腺疾病的诊断作一综述。

The endocrine status of thyroid has a direct effect on female reproductive activities.A significant proportion of infertile women suffered from the thyroid endocrine dysfunction or thyroid diseases,and the incidences were higher.Thyroid endocrine dysfunction or thyroid diseases may change female reproductive hormones levels and induce thyroid self-immunity,which interfere with normal regulation of female reproductive activities and result in reduction of the effectiveness of infertility treatment or poor assisted reproductive outcomes.The screening of thyroid function and evaluating thyroid endocrine function or targeted treatment in infertile females can improve the efficacy of infertility treatment.This paper reviews the epidemiology of thyroid disease,the relationship between the thyroid endocrine dysfunction and female infertility,and diagnoses of thyroid diseases for infertile women.
