松杉木材无规聚烯烃热熔胶的快速拼接工艺

摘要 采用松木和杉木为试验材料,无规聚烯烃(APAO)热熔胶为胶黏剂,以热压温度、压力、进料速度、涂胶量为影响因素,研究工艺参数对木材热熔胶粘接的胶合强度影响。结果表明:热压温度对松木单板间热熔胶胶合性能影响为极显著,热压压力和进料速度对松木单板间胶合的影响为显著;热压温度、热压压力和涂胶量对杉木单板间热熔胶胶合强度的影响均为显著。松木单板间热熔胶胶合的最优工艺为辊压压力0.8 MPa、热熔胶温度150℃、进料速度6 m·min^(-1),涂胶量140 g·m^(-2),其胶合强度可达1.43 MPa,杉木单板间热熔胶胶合最优工艺为辊压压力0.8 MPa,热熔胶温度160℃、进料速度9 m·min^(-1),涂胶量160 g·m^(-2),其胶合强度可达1.74 MPa。该木材热熔胶胶拼工艺关键参数的确定,可为木门窗用异型集成材制造及木制品封边自动化应用等提供重要依据。 Using Chinese fir and pine as test materials and APAO hot melt adhesive as adhesive,the influence of process parameters,for hot pressing temperature,pressure,feeding speed and glue amount,on the bonding strength of wood’s adhesion by hot melt adhesive was studied.The influence of hot pressing temperature on the gluing performance of pine hot melt adhesive was very significant.The influence of hot pressing pressure and feed speed on pine gluing was significant.The effect of hot pressing temperature,hot pressing pressure and rubberizing amount on the bonding strength of Chinese fir hot melt adhesive were all significant.The optimum process for the bonding strength of pine was hot pressing pressure of 0.8 MPa,hot melt temperature of 150℃,feeding speed of 6 m/min,glue amount of 140 g·m-2,and the bonding strength up to 1.43 MPa.The optimum bonding process of Chinese fir was a hot pressing pressure of 0.8 MPa,a hot melt temperature of 160℃,a feed rate of 9 m·min-1 and a glue weight of 160 g·m-2,and the gluing strength can be up to 1.74 MPa.The determination of the key parameters of the wood hot melt adhesive glue process in this study can provide an important basis for the manufacture of special-shaped laminated timber for wood doors and windows and the automation application of wood products.
