28个八仙花品种叶片解剖结构与植株耐旱性的关系 被引量:24

摘要 选取28个八仙花品种叶片的16项解剖结构指标进行观察,通过方差分析、相关分析、聚类分析和隶属函数法研究八仙花叶片解剖结构与其耐旱性的关系。结果表明:八仙花叶片为典型异面叶,上表皮细胞厚度均大于下表皮细胞厚度,气孔仅分布于叶片下表皮,呈椭圆形或近圆形。16项解剖结构的品种间差异均达到显著或极显著水平,将其聚为5类,通过相关分析筛选出五个影响植株耐旱性的主要指标为气孔密度、中脉厚度、下表皮长度、组织结构疏松度和栅栏组织/海棉组织(简称栅/海),再应用隶属函数值法对28个八仙花品种的耐早性进行排序,按平均隶属度将不同品种的耐旱性分为抗旱类型、中度抗旱类型、低抗旱类型和不抗旱类型四类。17号、19号、23号、25号和20号为抗旱类型;12号、18号和5号为中度抗旱类型;11号和24号为低抗旱类型;其余64.29%的品种均为不抗旱类型。 The 16 anatomical indexes of 28 Hydrangea cultivars were observed,and the relationship between leaf anatomical structure and drought tolerance of Hydrangea was studied by analysis of variance,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and membership function.The leaves of Hydrangea were typical heterologous leaves,and the thickness of upper epithelial cells was larger than that of epidermis cells.The stomata were only distributed in the epidermis of the leaves,which was oval or nearly round.The differences among the 16 anatomical structures reached significant or extremely significant levels,and they were clustered into 5 categories.The 5 main indicators for affecting the drought tolerance of the plants were stomatal density,midrib thickness,lower epidermis length,looseness of leaf spongy tissue and Palisade tissue and spongy tissue ratio,and then the sub-function value method was used to rank the early tolerance of 28 hydrangea varieties.According to the average degree of membership,the drought tolerance of different varieties was divided into four types including drought resistance type,moderate drought resistance type,low drought resistance type and sensitive type.No.17,No.19,No.23,No.25 and No.20 are drought-resistant types;No.12,No.18 and No.5 are moderate drought-resistance types;No.11 and No.24 are low-resistance types;and the remaining 64.29%of the cultivars are not sensitive to drought.
