动物脊髓血流动力学监测方法的研究进展

摘要 脊髓损伤常伴有脊髓血流动力学的改变,对脊髓神经功能产生巨大影响。脊髓血供对脊髓损伤的预防及功能恢复至关重要,因此对脊髓血流动力学的监测具有重要意义。目前对动物脊髓血流动力学的监测方法有双光子显微镜、动脉自旋标记示踪法、增强超声和近红外漫反射光谱法,这些监测方法的原理、技术要求及优缺点各有不同。本文对目前常用的几种脊髓血流动力学的监测方法作一综述。
