福建省土地资源承载状况评估研究

Study on evaluation of land resources carrying status in Fujian province

以福建省84个县(市、区)为研究单元,结合区域承载本底条件,采用GIS空间分析法、承载压力指数法以及木桶原理法,分别开展全省建设用地、耕地开发利用两个单要素承载状况评价和土地资源承载状况综合评价研究。结果表明:全省土地资源承载状况总体良好,承载压力适中的县(市、区)个数占77.38%,县域面积占全省土地总面积的94.17%。从建设用地和耕地开发利用承载状况来看,建设用地开发承载压力较大的县(市、区)个数占10.71%,主要分布于闽东南沿海的福州、厦门两大都市区的中心城区以及部分经济实力较强县域;耕地开发利用承载压力较大的县(市、区)个数占22.62%,主要分布于经济实力较强县域以及部分海岛县域。

Taking 84 counties of Fujian province as the research units,this study uses the GIS spatial analysis method,the carrying pressure index method and the wooden barrel principle method,to evaluate the construction land and cultivated land development carrying status and the land resource comprehensive carrying status based on the background conditions.The result shows that:The comprehensive carrying status of land resource in Fujian province is generally good.The number of counties with moderate carrying pressure accounts for 77.38%and those counties'area accounts for 94.17%of the total land area of Fujian province.From the perspective of construction land and cultivated land development carrying status,the counties with large carrying pressure of construction land development account for 10.71%,and mainly distribute in the central urban areas of Fuzhou,Xiamen and other more developed areas;The counties with large carrying pressure of cultivated land utilization account for 22.62%,and mainly distribute in some more developed region and island region.
