摘要
本研究采用植物生长调节剂对野生蓝莓植株进行处理,研究其对野生蓝莓生长、坐果及光合特性的影响,用以分析该方法的抚育效果和作用。结果表明,生长调节剂处理对野生蓝莓枝条粗度无显著效应,对株高和冠幅则具有显著的效应,DA-6、LBN、CMS可显著促进野生蓝莓株高及冠幅的增长;CMS处理对野生蓝莓坐果率及生理落果率产生了最佳效应,DA-6和FXFN处理次之,BJ处理最差;CMS处理明显促进了野生蓝莓光合速率及呼吸速率的进行,BJ处理最差。
The paper aims to solve the problem of optimizing the quality and efficiency of Vaccinium uliginosum L.tending,the effects of exogenous plant growth regulators on the growth,fruit setting rate and photosynthetic characteristics of Vaccinium uliginosum L.were studied by chemical tending.The results showed that growth regulator treatment had no significant effect on branch diameter,but had significant effect on plant height and crown width.DA-6,LBN and CMS could significantly promote the growth of plant height and crown width.CMS treatment had the best effect on the fruit set rate and physiological fruit drop rate of Vaccinium uliginosum L.,followed by DA-6 and FXFN treatment,BJ treatment was the worst.CMS treatment significantly promoted the photosynthetic rate and respiration rate of Vaccinium uliginosum L.,BJ treatment was the worst.
