摘要
目的了解我国护理人力资源配置现状,探索人力资源配置阶梯分布,为科学合理规划护理人力资源提供理论依据。方法通过查询《中国卫生和计划生育统计年鉴》获取相关数据,运用秩和比法对2016年我国31个省、自治区、直辖市的床护比、医护比、注册护士占医技人员比例以及每千人口注册护士人数进行综合评价。结果我国护理人力资源配置可分为四档:西藏、甘肃等4个省份处于一档(少),吉林、青海等9个省份处于二挡(相对较少),贵州、新疆等11个省份处于三档(相对较多),福建、陕西等4个省份处于四档(多)。结论我国护理人力资源分布与东中西部区域划分不存在明显关系,与经济实力存在一定关系,建议相关管理者因地制宜,合理制定护理人力资源发展规划。
Objective To study the current situation and ladder distribution of nursing human resources allocation in China,in order to provide the basis for reasonable planning of nursing human resource.Methods Comprehensive evaluation of the ratio of bed on nurses,doctors on nurses,registered nurses on technician,and nurses on percentage per thousand population 31 provincial,municipalities and autonomous regions in China in 2016 was evaluated through rank sum ratio method through inquiring China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook.Results The allocation of nursing human resources in China can be divided into four stages:4 provinces including Tibet and Gansu are in the first tier(less),9 provinces including Jilin and Qinghai are in the second tier(relatively few).11 provinces,such as Guizhou and Xinjiang,are in the third tier(relatively more),and Fujian,Shaanxi and other 4 provinces in the fourth(most).Conclusion There is no significant relationship with distribution of nursing human resources in China and the East Midwest region partition,relative relationship with the economic strength.It is suggested for managers to adjust measures to local conditions,and to establish reasonable nursing development plan.
