摘要
介绍了二维(2D)活塞泵的结构和工作原理,采用二维泵的技术,通过空间凸轮驱动,将活塞的周向旋转运动转化为活塞的轴向往复运动。同时在旋转的过程中,活塞槽和配流窗口实现了自配流工作;通过对二维泵进行了静力学分析和仿真,找到了凸轮受力变形量的范围、应力位置和应力大小;通过分析仿真结果,验证了此次结构设计的合理性,同时对凸轮的变形磨损问题进行定性分析,为后续更深入的研究与优化做了基础性工作。
The structure and the operating principle of the two-dimensional(2D)piston pump is introduced.Using the 2D pump technology,the circumferential rotation of the piston is transformed into the axial reciprocating motionthrough the drive of the space cam.In the meanwhile the piston slot and the flow window have realized self-distributionin the process of rotation.Then the range of the deformation,stress position and stress size of the cam are foundthrough the statics analysis and simulation of the two dimensional pump.Last The through the simulation results,the rationality of the structural design is verified,and the deformation and wear problems of the cam are qualitatively analyzed which is a basic work for further research and optimization.
