摘要
倾倒机构是卷板机活动机架可靠工作的重要保证,原有液压系统安全性不高,如果管路破裂将导致活动机架位置不可控。对原有液压系统进行了改进,将液控单向阀安装在倾倒液压缸上,分析了液控单向阀和单向节流阀构成的液压平衡回路新方案的特性。卷板机运行实践表明倾倒机构的安全性得到提高。
The role of tilting mechanism is to ensure the working reliability of removable framework for supporting the upper roller.To former hydraulic system,the removable framework will not be controlled under the condition of breakage of hydraulic pipeline.A new hydraulic system is designed and analyzed,and pilot-controlled check valves are installed on tilting hydraulic cylinder.The long run of bending machine indicates that the safety and the working reliability of removable framework are improved.
