α-Fe_2O_3空心微米球的制备及储锂性能研究

摘要 以异丙醇-丙三醇为反应溶剂,利用溶剂热法制备出α-Fe_2O_3空心微米球。采用X-射线粉末衍射光谱(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物的形貌和结构进行表征,结果表明,产物是由平均厚度约为5 nm的纳米片自组装而成的α-Fe_2O_3空心球。将产物组装为锂离子电池,并对其储锂性能进行研究,实验结果表明,α-Fe_2O_3空心微米球具有较大的充放电容量和良好的循环稳定性。本研究为发展高容量的锂离子电池负极材料提供了可行的途径。 Hollowα-Fe2O3 micronspheres have been prepared by solvothermal method with isopropanol-glycerol as reaction solvent.X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron microscope(TEM)have been used to research the morphology and structure of the products,and the results indicated that the products are hollow microspheres and are composed of nanoflakes with an average thickness of^5 nm.Whenα-Fe2O3 hollow micronspheres are employed as the anodes of lithium ion batteries,they have large discharge capacity and good cycle stability.Thus,the hollow Fe2O3 micronspheres can be developed as potential anode material for lithium-ion batteries with high power and good safety.
