钙铝复合氧化物催化合成单硬脂酸甘油酯

Synthesis of Glycerol Monostearate Catalyzed by Calcium Aluminum Composite Oxide

摘要 采用清洁制备法合成钙铝复合氧化物,将其用于催化甘油与硬脂酸甲酯合成单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)。利用Design-expert进行了响应面优化分析,得出单硬脂酸甘油酯的最佳合成工艺:反应温度200℃,反应时间5h,醇酯摩尔比5∶1,催化剂用量为5%,粗产物中GMS的含量达到82.7%。 Calcium-aluminum composite oxide was synthesized by clean preparation method,which was used to catalyze the synthesis of glycerol monostearate(GMS)from glycerol and methyl stearate.The response surface was optimized by Design-expert to obtain the optimal reaction conditions:the content of GMS in crude product was 82.7% with 5∶1 molar ratio of glycerol to Methyl stearate in the presence of 5%catalyst at 200℃ in 5 h.
