摘要
总结了催化油浆用于生产沥青现有的几种工艺路线,包括渣油掺兑油浆后减压蒸馏、渣油掺兑油浆后氧化、油浆拔头后与渣油调和、渣油掺兑油浆后溶剂脱沥青、油浆掺兑减粘渣油后减压蒸馏以及油浆化学缩合掺兑渣油后减压蒸馏等工艺技术,分析了油浆与渣油的作用机理和各种沥青生产工艺的特点。
Several existing processes of producing asphalt by FCC slurry are summarized,including vacuum distillation after blending residuum with FCC slurry,oxidation after blending residuum with FCC slurry,blending with residuum after vacuum distillation of FCC slurry,solvent deasphalting after blending residuum with FCC slurry,vacuum distillation after blending visbreaking residuum with FCC slurry,and vacuum distillation after blending residuum with condensed FCC slurry.The mechanism of action between FCC slurry and residuum are analyzed.The characteristics of thses asphalt production processes are also analyzed.
