精练剂881在纯棉织物高温前处理中的应用

摘要 选用精练剂881对纯棉平布进行高温高压练漂一浴法处理,探讨了精练剂881用量、双氧水用量、汽蒸时间和稳定剂硅酸钠用量对处理后棉布性能的影响。通过实验得出最佳工艺条件为:精练剂881为15g/L,双氧水6mL/L,硅酸钠8g/L,125℃条件下汽蒸5min。精练剂881一浴法高温处理工艺简单,处理后的棉织物各项性能指标与常规汽蒸法前处理工艺相当。且处理时间短,助剂用量少。 The effects of scouring agent 881 on the properties of cotton flattened cloth after high temperature and high pressure scouring and bleaching were studied.The effects of the amount of scouring agent 881,the amount of hydrogen peroxide,the time of steaming and the amount of sodium silicate on the properties of the treated cotton fabric were discussed.The optimum technological conditions are as follows:the scouring agent 881 15 g/L,hydrogen peroxide 6 ml/L,sodium silicate 8 g/L,steaming at 125℃for 5 min.The high temperature treatment of scouring agent 881 is simple,and the properties of treated cotton fabric are similar to those of conventional steam pretreatment.The treatment time is shorter and the dosage of additives is less.
