摘要
"双创型"人才的培养关系到国民经济的发展及国家综合实力的提升。当前高校理科类专业对于"双创型"人才的培养存在诸如认识不足、培养目标不明确等问题。本文从高校创新创业人才培养出发,对化学、化工、物理等理科类专业"双创型"人才培养进行了一些思考,旨在为高校人才培养探索提供借鉴。
The cultivation of"double-type"talents is related to the development of national economy and the improvement of national comprehensive strength.Currently,there are some problems in the cultivation of"double-type"talents in the science majors of colleges and universities,such as lack of understanding and unclear training objectives.This paper,starting from the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,makes some thoughts on the cultivation of"double-type"talents(such as chemistry,chemical engineering and physics,etc.),in order to provide reference for the exploration of talent cultivation in universities.
