浅谈特色小镇政策对创建方案的影响——以广东省为例

Brief Discussion on Influence of Characteristic Townlet on Creation Plan——Taking Guangdong Province for Example

在我国经济新常态下推动的新型城镇化建设过程中,特色小镇的创建探索实践带动了本地产业转型升级和创新。2016年,国家三部委提出要大力培育特色小镇,当前已成为规划界的热门话题之一。国家相关部门及各地方政府出台多种政策指导特色小镇建设,需要学者进行理性分析和总结,使我们的政策更加科学,行业发展更加规范。文章以自身参与的广东省特色小镇创建方案申报的实际经历,分析不同时期政策对申报的影响。

In the process of new type urbanization construction which is promoted in China's new economic normality,the building and exploration of characteristic townlet has driven transformation,upgrading and innovation of local industries.In 2016,three national ministries and commissions put forward vigorously cultivating characteristic townlet,which has become one of popular subjects in the planning circle.Relevant national authorities and local governments have unveiled a variety of policies for guiding the construction of characteristic townlet.And the scholars have to conduct rational analysis and summarization to make our policies be more scientific and industry development be more standardized.This paper analyzed the influence of policies on declarations in different periods on the basis of the author's personal experience of participating in declaration of the establishment plan of characteristic townlet in Guangdong Province.
