GB/T 9711新旧版标准关于螺旋埋弧焊管焊偏测量方法对比

摘要 为了准确测量螺旋埋弧焊管的焊偏量,分析了GB/T 9711新、旧版本标准中螺旋埋弧焊管焊偏的定义,并对新旧版本标准中焊偏量的测量方法及其优缺点进行了比较。分别按照新旧版本标准要求对不同规格的26个焊缝试样进行了焊偏量测量。测量结果显示,两种方法测量值基本一致,个别试样测量结果出现较大差异;新版标准中的焊偏测量方法更易于检验出未焊透和未熔合等焊接缺陷。分析表明,新版本标准采用焊道熔合区中心线法测量焊偏量,消除了旧版标准采用焊趾中心线法引起的测量争议,测量方法科学合理,结果准确唯一,操作性强。 In order to accurately measure the welding offset of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe weld,the definition of the welding misalignment of the spiral submerged arc welded pipe in the new and old versions of GB/T 9711 is analyzed,and the measurement method of the welding offset in the new and old versions is excellent.According to the requirements of the new and old versions,the welding offset measurements were carried out on 26 weld samples of different specifications.The results show that the measured values of the two methods are basically the same,and the measurement results of the individual samples are greatly different.The measurement method of the welding offset in the new standard makes it easier to detect welding defects such as incomplete penetration and unfusion.The analysis shows that the new standard uses the centerline method of the weld zone to measure the welding offset,which eliminates the controversy caused by the old method of weld toe centerline.The measurement method of new standard is scientific and reasonable,the result is accurate and unique,and the operation is strong.
