摘要
在高压釜和固定床反应器中,考察了催化剂的活性及反应的最佳工艺条件,在此基础上进行了催化剂的寿命实验。结果表明:负载型杂多酸催化剂对甲基异丙苯的异构化反应有很好的活性,高温焙烧后Si-B型硅胶作载体时,催化剂的活性最佳。优化试验得到的反应最佳工艺条件为:反应温度125℃,空速小于2 h^(-1),原料甲苯中的水含量小于100μg/g的条件下,产物中甲基异丙苯三种异构体的分布为间甲基异丙苯(m-IPT)∶对甲基异丙苯(p-IPT)∶邻甲基异丙苯(o-IPT)=65.73∶30.81∶3.46,间甲基异丙苯的选择性高,而且邻甲基异丙苯含量低于4%,满足后续吸附分离提纯的进料要求。
The activity of supported phosphotungstic-acid on the isomerization of IPT was studied and the influence of carrier on the activity of catalysts was investigated in autoclave and fix-bed reactors.On these bases,the life test of the catalysts was carried out.The results showed that the supported heteropolyacid could be used as catalyst in the isomerization of IPT,the high-temperature baked SiO2 which named Si-B was the best carrier for the catalyst.The best operation conditions included that reaction temperature was 125 ℃,WHSV was fewer than 2h^-1,the water content of the raw material toluene is less than 100 μg/g,and under these conditions,the ration of three isomers in IPT is m-IPT:p-IPT:o-IPT= 65.73:30.81:3.46.
