基于专利分析的全球钨催化剂技术发展研究 被引量:1

The Trends and Technology Development in Global Tungsten Catalysts Based on Patent Analysis

摘要 钨催化剂具有高附加值,在石油炼制(加氢精制和加氢裂化)、精细化工(精细化学品合成)、环境催化(烟气脱硝)、新能源(燃料电池和光催化)等领域中具有广泛的应用。因此,本文基于专利分析对钨催化剂专利申请趋势、地域分布、技术分布、申请人等进行了综合分析。结果表明,20世纪初期全球钨催化剂领域开始萌芽,1980年之后快速发展;中国是钨催化剂产品的最大市场,而美国、日本在该领域的创新能力较强;全球钨催化剂技术主要集中在钨氧化物催化剂制备方法及制备装置方面,其中加氢催化剂、加氢裂化催化剂是近十年的研究热点和重点;德国巴斯夫公司、日本三菱、中国石化、美国埃克森美孚在钨催化剂技术创新能力较强;我国研发部门可借鉴各国钨催化剂重要申请人的优势技术,进而促进我国钨催化剂产业发展。 Characterized by high added-value,tungsten catalysts have wide applications in many fields,such as petroleum refining (hydrorefining and hydrocracking),fine chemicals (fine chemical synthesis),environmental catalysis (flue gas denitration),new energy (fuel cells and photocatalysis),etc.Hence,based on patent analysis method,the application trends,areal distribution,technological distribution and applicants of tungsten catalyst patents were analyzed comprehensively in this study.Results showed that tungsten catalyst industry emerged in early 20th century and developed rapidly in 1980s.China was the largest market of tungsten catalyst products,while the US and Japan showed stronger innovation capability in such field.Attentions were mainly given to the preparations of tungsten oxide catalysts and the related preparation devices,etc.Herein,hydrogenation catalyst and hydrocracking catalyst were highly focused in recent 10 years.BASF (in Germany),Mitsubishi (in Japan),Sinopec (in China) and Exxonmobil (in the US) had strong technological innovation ability in tungsten catalysts.Research and development departments could refer to the advantageous technologies of principal applicants from different countries to promote the tungsten catalyst industry in China.
