考虑交通拥堵效应的大城市私家车出行成本分析 被引量:5

摘要 以大城市私家车为研究对象,建立考虑拥堵效应的出行成本测算模型。以北京市为例,测算北京市由于交通拥堵导致的出行成本随速度的动态变化情况。结果表明,总出行成本随路网速度的降低而增加,外部成本所占比例随路网速度的降低而增大。当路网速度为35 km/h时,未出现拥堵现象,北京市私家车出行成本为7. 42元/(辆·km),其中外部成本约占总成本的1/3;而当路网速度降低为25 km/h时,出现拥堵现象,出行成本增加至11. 86元/(辆·km),外部成本占总成本的比例接近1/2。 The purpose of this study was to set up a model to estimate the travel cost of private car in big cities considering traffic congestion.Furthermore,taking Beijing as an example,the dynamic change of travel cost with speed caused by traffic congestion in Beijing was estimated.The results indicate that the total travel cost and the proportion of external cost increase with the decrease of road network speed.When the speed of road network is 35 km/h,there is no congestion,the average travel cost of private cars in Beijing is 7.42 CNY/(veh·km),of which the proportion of external cost accounts for about 1/3 of the total cost;However,when the velocity of road reduces to 25 km/h,traffic congestion appears,the average travel cost increases to 11.86 CNY/(veh·km),and the proportion of external cost is nearly 1/2.
