老年人使用非甾体类抗炎药的安全性及注意事项

Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug Use in Elderly:Drug Safety and Precautions

非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)是临床上最常用的止痛药,具有解热、镇痛、消炎作用,但也会致胃肠道溃疡等不良反应,老年人由于多合并慢性病、免疫代谢能力下降等,在用药过程中要特别注意药物不良反应及药物交叉反应等。本文结合近年文献对老年人使用NSAIDs的现状,包括药物安全性及注意事项等进行综述,得出使用NSAIDs时应权衡利弊,注意调整药物剂量,注意药物交叉反应,在改善患者疼痛的基础上尽量减轻或避免药物不良反应。

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)are the most common-used clinical painkillers,which have antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,but also have side effects such as gastrointestinal ulcers.Elderly patients should pay much attention to their side effects and drug interaction because of multiple chronic conditions and decreased immune and metabolic capacity.We reviewed the current situation of the use of NSAIDs in the elderly,including drug safety and precautions.It is concluded that we should balance advantages and disadvantages of NSAIDs by adjusting drug dosage and paying attention to drug interactions.We should try to reduce or avoid adverse reactions while reducing patients'pain.
