茶园杂草小飞蓬挥发物对茶小绿叶蝉行为的反应 被引量:5

Response of Tea Green Leafhoppers to Volatiles Emitted from Conyza canadensis Plants in Tea Plantations

摘要 为探明小飞蓬挥发物在茶园生态系统中对茶小绿叶蝉EmpoascaflavescenceF.的行为影响,利用"Y"型嗅觉仪测定茶小绿叶蝉对不同剂量小飞蓬嫩茎植株挥发物行为反应,发现不同剂量的小飞蓬植物挥发物对茶小绿叶蝉均具有显著趋避作用;通过固相微萃取-气质联用仪检测出小飞蓬植物挥发物共47种化合物质,单组分中D-柠檬烯,(E)-β-金合欢烯、β-荜澄茄油烯和_β-石竹烯含量最大;以小飞蓬挥发物中含量较大的10种组分为味源,每味配制3种剂量,以空气为对照,用Y嗅觉仪对茶小绿叶蝉行为测定,发现10^(-3)和10^(-5 )mL·mL^(-1)β-蒎烯、10^(-3 )mL·mL^(-1)β-石竹烯显著排斥茶小绿叶蝉,红没药烯在10^(-3 )mL·mL^(-1)下对茶小绿叶蝉具有显著引诱作用。 In the ecosystem of a tea plantation the effects of the volatiles released from the canopy of Conyza Canadensis plants on the behavior of tea green leafhoppers(Empoasca flavescence F.)were investigated.A Y-tube olfactometer was used to examine the response of the leafhoppers exposed to the volatiles emitted by the plants.It was found that the insects would significantly avoid the volatiles at the concentrations tested.A total of 47 volatile compounds were isolated from the shoots and fresh leaves of the plants by SPME-GC-MS.Among them,D-limonene,(E)-β-farnesene,β-cubebene andβ-caryophyllene were most prominent.Ten synthetic chemicals representing them as well as some minor compounds in 3 dosages,along with air as control,were subsequently exposed to the leafhoppers for the test using Y-tube olfactometer.It was observed that 10-3 and 10-5 mL·mL^-1β-pinene or 10-3 mL·mL^-1β-caryophyllene significantly repelled the leafhoppers.Whereas,10-3 mL·mL^-1 bisabolene significantly attracted the insects.
