摘要
通过现场工业性试验,研究确定大直径三产品重介质旋流器的分选下限;利用现场运行数据佐证了大直径三产品重介质旋流器分选下限的不同说法;第一段的分选下限大于或等于0. 5 mm,第二段的分选下限大于或等于0. 25 mm,并提出了选煤厂在三产品大直径重介质旋流器工艺管理方面的建议。
Through the on-site industrial test,the lower limit of separation of large-diameter three-product heavy medium cyclone is studied and determined.The on-site operation data is used to verify the different lower limit values of separation in the large-diameter three-product heavy medium cyclone.The lower limit in the first stage cylone is greater than or equal to 0.5mm,and the lower limit in the second stage cyclone is greater than or equal to 0.25mm.The process management suggestion of large-diameter three-product heavy medium cyclone used in coal preparation plant is proposed.
