摘要
笔者首先介绍了灯泡贯流式水轮机轴向水推力的模型试验原理及试验方法,再通过一系列的模型试验,分别讨论了桨叶角度、导叶角度、水头、协联关系等各个运行条件对轴向水推力的影响,依此对水轮机各个运行工况下的轴向水推力进行了分析探讨。通过对大量的模型试验数据进行整理分析,归纳总结了灯泡式水轮机在各个运行工况下轴向水推力的变化规律,掌握这些变化规律,可为原型水轮机的相关设计和运行提供重要参考。
Firstly,the model test principle and method of the axial hydraulic thrust of bulb tubular turbine are introduced.Then,through a series of model tests,the influence of blade angle,guide vane angle,water head and co-connection on the axial hydraulic thrust is discussed,and the axial hydraulic thrust under different operating conditions of the turbine is analyzed and discussed.By sorting out and analyzing a large number of model test data,the change rule of axial hydraulic thrust of bulb turbine under various operating conditions is summarized and mastered,which can provide important reference for the design and operation of prototype turbine.
