摘要
修文电站1号机组在汛期的运行期间,因接地装置故障造成下导瓦抗重块电弧损伤,导致下导瓦瓦胚脱胎,引起机组各部瓦温、摆度异常波动。通过更换带绝缘垫板的下导瓦、机组重新受力调整等方式,解决了该项问题,笔者以现状—分析—施工的形式来阐述分析处理全过程。
During the operation of Unit 1 of Xiuwen Hydropower Station in flood season,the arc damage of the anti-weight block of the lower guide pad caused by the fault of grounding device leads to the embryo detachment of the lower guide pad,which causes the abnormal fluctuation of bearing temperature and swing of each part of the unit.This problem was solved by replacing the lower guide pad with insulating backing plate and readjusting the force of the unit.The author elaborates the whole process of analysis and treatment in the form of present situation-analysis-construction.
