摘要
某电站水轮发电机在运行过程中,由于空气冷却器及其管道内的水流受到淤积的垃圾、泥沙、水生物等的阻碍,循环水流不顺畅,导致散热条件下降,造成热风温度越上限。笔者结合2号发电机实际故障情况进行分析,提出合理的处理方法、防范措施和技改建议。
During the operation of a hydrogenerator in a power station,because the flow in the air cooler and its pipeline is hindered by silted garbage,sediment and aquatic organisms,the circulating water flow is not smooth,which leads to the decrease of heat dissipation conditions and the hot air temperature exceeding the upper limit.Based on the analysis of the actual fault of No.2 generator,the author puts forward reasonable treatment methods,preventive measures and technical improvement suggestions.
