摘要
硅/碳复合负极材料在解决碳容量低的同时缓解了硅的体积效应,近年来已成为研究热点,而碳材料会影响复合材料的结构以及电化学性能。综述了近年来硅碳复合材料研究领域的一些最新进展以及研究热点,以及材料的制备方法和优缺点,并展望了其未来的发展方向。
Si/C composite anode materials have caused great attention in recent years,which can alleviate the volumetric effect of silicon and give a solution for low specific capacity of carbon materials.Meanwhile,the carbon materials have a significant impact on the structure and electrochemical properties for composites.Based on the classification of carbon materials,the recent research on Si/C composite anode materials were summarized,and also the synthetic methods of the composites and their pros and cons were summarized.The development trend of Si/C composite anode materials for lithium-ion battery was predicted.
