变极性TIG焊的微电流短路引弧方法

摘要 基于变极性TIG焊在铝合金焊接时的电弧特点,设计出一种针对变极性TIG焊的微电流短路引弧方式,可以有效解决变极性TIG焊接,特别是DCEP(电极接正、工件接负)状态时,接触引弧容易出现的钨极烧损问题。该短路引弧方式将整个变极性短路引弧过程分为短路、维弧以及电流缓升三个阶段,其中短路阶段的电流可以取2~3 A的微电流进行引弧。实验证明,其引弧成功率较高,微电流短路引弧的效果理想。 Based the characteristics of variable polarity TIG welding,a tiny current short arc ignition was designed,which solved the problem of tungsten weariness,especially when the state of DCEP(direct current electrode positive).There are three stages of tiny current short arc ignition,the three stagers are short stage,maintain stage and current slow rising stage,and the current of the short stage can be only 2~3 A.The experiments proved that the arc ignition is stable without any obvious tungsten weariness and arc extinguish,and the arc ignition success rate is quite high.
