摘要
哈萨克斯坦PKOP奇姆肯特炼油厂现代化改造项目采用了自卸式捆绑火炬系统。介绍了火炬塔架整体安装就位后,利用吊装设备逐段完成滑道和高空作业平台的吊装及滑道安装的新工艺,详细地阐述了包括平面布置、吊点设置、索具设置、旋转吊桥式高空作业平台的使用、工艺流程等。实践证明,采取此安装方法,提高了施工效率,缩短了施工工期,减少了大型施工机械的使用,节省了施工成本并有效控制了高空和超高空作业人员安全风险。
Kazakhstan PKOP Shymkent refinery modernization project adopted the self-unloading binding flare stack system.This paper introduces the new installation process of slides along the flare stack system after the integral flare stack is installed,a crane is applied to hoist the segmented slides and the aerial work platform,then the segmented slides are installed by means of the aerial work platform;the procedure is repeated until the whole slides are installed along the flare stack.It describes in detail the plan layout,lifting point setting,rigging setting,use of rotatable suspension bridge type aerial work platform,installation steps.The practice has proved that these installation methods can improve the construction efficiency,shorten the construction period,reduce the use of heavy construction machinery,save the construction cost and effectively control personnel risk in high and ultrahigh aerial operations.
