摘要
某人工岛登陆点的灯塔平台在恶劣天气时受到意外撞击,其中一根钢桩与墩台底部断开,不能继续使用。针对钢桩的受损情况进行分析,制订了增设两根钢桩的修复方案。根据平台所受荷载进行有限元计算,确定两根钢桩的总体布置,最后对施工工艺及详细流程进行了阐述。结果表明,修复后的钢桩能够满足灯塔平台的承载能力,灯塔平台恢复使用功能。
The lighthouse platform as part of the landing point of a certain artificial island was collided accidentally by impact of a vessel in severe weather.One of the supporting piles was disconnected from the bottom of the platform.So the platform could not be used in a safe state.The repair scheme was made and two new supporting piles would be added according to the condition of damage.The layout of the two new piles was finalized through structural finite element analysis.The construction process and detailed procedure were also introduced.The practice shows that the repaired pile bearing capacity meets the requirements and the lighthouse platform restores its normal function.
